Article I. Data Collection
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, these data includes:
- Minecraft™ In-Game Username
- Discord Username and ID
- Transaction History; such as but not limited to: deposit, withdrawals and transfers
Article II. Data Usage
Your data is used solely for processing transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers, routing inter-bank transfers through the Qash Clearing House Network, audits by PCIBank, Inc’s staff or the Goverment, calculating interest and fees, and compliance monitoring.
Article III. Data Sharing
RCBC maintains strict confidentiality. We will never sell your data. Data will only be disclosed:
- To the Department of Commerce (DoC) for mandatory regulatory reporting.
- In response to a valid Court Order or Subpoena from the Commonwealth of Redmont.
- To authorised service providers, including Qash, for the sole purpose of facilitating Interbank transactions. Only necessary transaction data will be transmitted.
Article IV. Data Retention
To protect against fraud, and comply with Government regulatory standards, transaction logs and account history will be retained indefinitely, even after an account is closed.
