PCIBank Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms This General Terms of Service document (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) governs the use of all financial products, accounts, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by PCIBank, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank,” “we,” or “us”).
By registering an account, logging into the Bank’s website, conducting a transaction, or otherwise accessing or utilizing any of the Bank’s Services, you and any legal entity you represent in relations with the Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, have the capacity to enter contracts, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between the Client and the Bank. If you do not or are unable to agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Services and are liable for $5,000 in damages per instance of unauthorized access or use.

2. Bank Operations The Bank operates on a full-reserve banking model. All funds deposited by the Client are held in reserve via the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), in approved FRB securities, or in the Bank’s in-game balance.

3. Client Activity Policy In order to use our services, the Client must; (a) is a legal citizen of the Commonwealth of Redmont. (b) have a total playtime of six (6) hours or higher. (c) has atleast three (three) hours of activity within the last 30 days, and; (d) has not been deported.

In the event that a User is deported or permanently banned from the DemocracyCraft server, their account will be frozen as soon as the Bank becomes aware. If the User does not successfully appeal their ban within fourteen (14) days, all funds remaining in the account shall be forfeited to the Bank to cover administrative costs and removal of dead capital.

If an client fails to meet the activity requirement of three hours of playtime within the last thirty (30) days, the Bank may issue a “Proof of Life” notice via a Direct Message thru the DemocracyCraft forums. The User has fourteen (14) days to reply to this notice. Failure to reply within this window will result in the account being closed and the total balance being forfeited to the Bank.

4. Client Conduct and System Integrity The Bank relies on automated software and technical infrastructure to process transactions.

By continued use of the services and consequently agreement to these terms of service, the user agrees that the Bank shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from actions taken in accordance with this section.

Users of the Bank’s services are strictly prohibited from exploiting, attempting to exploit, or assisting others in exploiting any flaws, bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviors within. Any attempt to take advantage of this, whether for personal gain or to disrupt normal operations, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Users who engage in such conduct shall be held fully liable for any resulting damages, disruptions, or unauthorized gains. the Bank expressly reserves the right to pursue civil claims or legal action, including litigation, to recover losses or enforce its rights under applicable law.

PCIBank, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, implement any corrective measures it deems necessary in response to exploitation or attempted exploitation. Such measures may include, without limitation, the freezing or termination of accounts, reversal of affected transactions, forfeiture of improperly obtained funds or assets, and restriction of access to services. These actions may be taken with or without notice and are final unless otherwise determined by the Bank.

5. Account Actions and Freezes The bank reserves the right to temporarily or permanently, free, restrict or suspend access to any account if, in its sole discretion, it suspects or identifies activity that may involve, but not limited to, fraud, abuse, illegal conduct, violation of the Terms or Service, or any behavior that may compromise the security, integrity, or reputation of the Bank.

An account freeze may be imposed without prior notice and shall remain in effect until PCIBank, Inc. determines, at its discretion, that the issue has been resolved or the risk mitigated. During a freeze, account holders may be unable to access funds, perform transactions, or use associated services.

6. Non-Exploitation

7. Client Liability

The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account and for all activities that occur under their account. In the event where a Client suspects unauthorized use of their account, they must immediately inform the Bank by sending a message thru this link.

Should the Bank detect unusual activity on a Client’s account or be informed of unauthorized/exploitive use, it reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or otherwise restrict access to the account pending an investigation to verify the legitimacy of the activity and protect the Client and the Bank.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The Bank’s services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Bank explicitly disclaims warranties of any kind regarding continuous uptime, error-free operation, or protection against cloud host outages. The Bank shall only be held liable for direct financial losses that are proven to be caused by the gross negligence or malicious, intentional acts of Bank staff.

9. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that specific provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

10. Modifications The Bank reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time to adapt to new regulatory environments, technical updates, or corporate policies. The bank will attempt to inform clients about the change thru public channels.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Redmont. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Commonwealth of Redmont.
